Younus, an agribusiness specialist with strong background in banking and finance is an MBA from Institute of Business Administration, Karachi and has more than 20 years of work experience. During the first 12 years of his career Younus worked for top tier multinational financial institutions like ANZ Grindlays Bank, Standard Chartered Bank and Indosuez W. I. Carr Securities. Subsequently in 2006 he decided to experiment with entrepreneurship and moved towards his passion, agriculture.

Afzal a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. He studied Accounting at the University of Sunderland and carries with him over 35 years of work experience in Audit and Business Consulting Services.
Afzal has previously worked for banking institutions in the United Kingdom and the British West Indies. His experience spans over multiple industries and countries. He has been a Partner at Rafaqat Mansha Mohsin Dossani Masoom & Co. Chartered Accountants, Pakistan for last 22 years. Besides working as an independent consultant in Dubai, UAE for a number of years he has also worked as a Director in DIFC, Dubai, UAE advising on restructuring and insolvency.
Dr. KAZI SULEMAN MEMON
MEMBER ADVISORY BOARD(SOIL SCIENCE / CROP PRODUCTION / SUPPLY CHAIN SPECIALIST)
Dr. Suleman Memon is an accomplished agriculture scientist with vast experience of 45 years in the fields of soil sciences, academics, research and administration. After completing his M. Sc. (Hons) in Agriculture Chemistry from University of Sindh in 1974 he joined Sindh Agriculture University Tando Jam as lecturer in 1973 and was elevated to the position of Professor in 1995. Dr. Memon completed his PhD in Soil Sciences in 1982 from University of Hawaii, USA. During his stay at Agriculture University Tando Jam, he held many prestigious positions such as Chairman, Department of Soil Science and Dean, Faculty of Crop Production and Coordinator (Projects & Programs). He also served as Director General Agriculture Research and Director General Agriculture Extension, Agriculture Department, Government of Sindh.
Subsequent to his retirement in 2005, Dr. Memon remained actively engaged with developmental projects and worked on several strategic projects relating to horticulture supply chain development sponsored by international aid agencies like USAID and AusAID/ ACIAR.
ABDUL MAJID KHAN
MEMBER ADVISORY BOARD(HORTICULTURE / INTERNATIONAL TRADE / SUPPLY CHAIN SPECIALIST)
Majid did his M.Sc. (Hons) degree in Agriculture with specialization in Horticulture from Sindh Agriculture University, Tando Jam. He has worked extensively on horticulture, supply chain development with special focus on banana, mango, red chili, dates and floriculture. During his career Majid has worked for many reputable organizations and companies like International Centre for Chemical Sciences, Karachi University and Pakistan Horticulture Development and Export Company (Ministry of Commerce). He has also remained associated with developmental projects like Agribusiness Development and Diversification Project, Govt. of Pakistan and USAID’s The Agribusiness Project.
Majid is currently doing his doctorate in Agribusiness from The University of Karachi.

Rashida holds a bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences. In addition to being a bornadministrator Rashida shares FARMWELL team’s passion for agriculture. Rashida not only plays an important role in managing administration and HR functions of the company but also ensures high level of motivation and commitment amongst the team members.
BAKHTIAR HAIDER KHAN
Bakhtiar is an MBA with more than 20 years of experience in the areas of administrationand general management. Bakhtiar brings with him valuable experience of working for finance, pharmaceutical and agribusiness sectors. At FARMWELL Bakhtiar heads the operations department and works closely with the on-field teams. He also oversees the purchases and procurement unit.
